When is Epic Escape?

Thursday 29th May to Monday 2nd June 2025. The final event takes place on Sunday 1st June 12pm – 8pm

Where In Turkey are the events taking place?

The majority of events are taking place in the Marmaris. We also have events in Içmeler (10 minutes in Uber if you miss the transfers)

What is the age restriction?

You have to be 23+ to attend, average age of attendees is 28+

​

What happens if I book and can no longer attend?

All payments are non-refundable or non-transferable. If you book a hotel & events package and have completed payment, we may be able to refund some of the cost depending when you cancel at the discretion of Prime Planit.

What events are taking place?

We will have day and night events taking place daily consisting of themed night parties, pool parties, boat party, beach parties + more. A full itinerary of events and themes will be released by March 2025.

PAYMENTS

What happens after I pay my deposit?

An invoice will be sent to you via email for balance payment, payable by the deadline date(s).

​

When do I need to complete payment by?

The balance is spread across 1, 2 or 3 further payments, the invoices need to be paid on set dates.

TRAVEL

Do you provide flights?

No we do not provide flights. There are many carriers that serve Turkey. If travelling from the UK, flights are generally cheaper from London. Use the search engine on our “How to book” page to find the best flights. For most competitive prices, use the 1 & 2 stop off options.

Which airport do I fly to?

Dalaman International Airport, also referred to as the Airport code DLM, is the closest airport to Marmaris.

​

Does my wristband include transfer?

Your wristband doesn’t include transfers to and from airport, however it covers transfers to and from the events. Located at Epic Escape Transfer point.

 

EVENTS

 

When does the first event take place?

Wristband Collection/Meet & Greet will be available from 1-8pm Thursday 29th May. First official party from 10pm Thursday 29th May.

 

How many events are included in the wristband package?

The wristband includes 4 night-time and 4 daytime events. Only events that is not included is the Boat Party, which is part of the Gold wristband option. 

 

Where are the events taking place?

The majority of events are taking place in Marmaris and Içmeler.

 

Can you pay on the door of the events?

Door payments will be possible if we’re not at capacity but prices of each event will start at €40

 

ACCOMMODATION

 

What board is the hotel/room?

All Inclusive

 

I want to book my own hotel, where should I book it?

Içmeler is where the majority of the club events will take place, so will recommend in and around that area.

 

Can I book a single room?

Yes single rooms are available at all three hotels.

 

Is there wifi in the hotel?

Yes, the hotels have high speed wifi throughout.

 

When is check in and check out?

Check in is at 3pm. Check out is at 11am. If you arrive early or have a late flight back on day of check-out, there is a luggage room to safely store your luggage.

 

Can I extend my stay?

Yes, you can add additional nights
